The Triangle Flexible Pastry Spatula has been especially developed for professional use and has a hand riveted handle and matt finish. The blade of the spatula is hardened and ground thinner towards the tip. Therefore it is flexible at the functional part but firm and strong towards the handle. The functional matt polishing gives them a smooth surface and soft edges to protect working surfaces. The high-quality ABS handle is hand riveted, trimmed and polished according to the Solingen craftsman’s tradition.
