With Crystal Rock non-stick coating, which offers an excellent resistance to scratching and has exceptional non-stick qualities. It is composed of a thin layer of silicon dioxide crystals that act as wax crystals and prevent liquids (oil, sauce …) from penetrating the surface of the pan. Made out of carbon steel, a very sturdy material that guarantees an optimal heat distribution. The metal handle is riveted for maximum security and has a thermic connection that prevents it from heating up. The carbon steel can be used on all heat sources, including induction. Without PFOA. Warning_ Always cook on a moderate temperature! Prevent overheating to prevent a possible light alteration of the non-stick coating due to light carbonisation. To restore the non-stick properties of the coating, boil some water with sodium chlorate and white vinegar in the pan.
