This cast iron pot from the cookware range Castard is a real asset to your kitchen. Not only does it look fantastic with its unique craquelure enamel coating, it is also very functional. Both the heat conducting cast iron and the specially developed enamel coating allow you to cook dishes slowly on low heat. Thanks to the nubs on the lids, the evaporated fluids condense back to liquid and drip onto your dish. This way, everything stays tender and juicy, even when you leave your dishes on the stove or in the oven for a long time. The cast iron pot is fit for all hobs and can be used in the oven up to 240 °C.

This pot was designed for cooking with low temperatures. Always use some grease for cooking. Never put the pot in the dishwasher. Let it cool off completely and then wash it by hand. Wipe off immediately.
