This cast iron skillet from the cookware range Castard is a real asset to your kitchen. Not only does it look fantastic with its unique craquelure enamel coating, it is also very functional. Both the heat conducting cast iron and the specially developed enamel coating allow you to cook dishes slowly on low heat. This way, everything stays tender and juicy. The cast iron skillet is fit for all hobs and can be used in the oven up to 240 °C.

This skillet was designed for cooking with low temperatures. Always use some grease for cooking. Never put the skillet in the dishwasher. Let it cool off completely and then wash it by hand. Wipe off immediately.
