The perfect whipped cream is solid, creamy and very good tasting. This cream whipper is a perfect solution. The cream whipper is suitable for the preparation of fresh and 100% natural liquid cream with some sugar or syrup, whipped by using the cream patterns. This cream whipper produces more cream than an old-fashioned whisk. The end product can stay fresh in the cream whipper and in the fridge for about 10 days, without affecting the delicious taste. The method of preparation consists in using the ingredients with gelatin in a siphon. In that way you create light foam preparations made without any addition of eggs and cream, unlike classic mousses. Advantages of this method of preparation: - more taste because only the ingredients give taste to the dish. (no eggs nor whipped cream) - healthier because all vitamins and proteins are being kept.
