The icy cool stick is a BPA free plastic tube that you fill with water yourself. It can be stored in the freezer, so that it's always ready whenever you want a cool drink.

When you're ready to use it, take the stick out of the freezer and place in the top of the bottle.

The icy cool stick provides the keep-cool benefits that ice cubes provide, but since the ice is contained within the icy cool stick, there is no dilution or contamination of your drink.
