For more than 20 years now, TEC7 has been the best-known sealant for bonding, sealing and fastening. When it really has to be good, professionals and experienced handymen reach for the TEC7 tube. And rightly so!

TEC7 is the first choice for 80% of all applications. TEC7 replaces mounting, wood and PU adhesive, silicone sealant, acrylate adhesive, etc.

Tips from TEC7

• Proper preparation is the secret of all professionals. Use FOAM7 as a universal degreaser/cleaner.
• For organic soiling and/or large surface areas, HP7 is your best degreaser.
• Use the ergonomic TEC7 Gun for processing TEC7. This will save you from complaints resulting from RSI (repetitive strain injury).
• Every bonding is only as strong as the substrate. If your substrate is too weak, you can reinforce it with EPOFIX7, a deep-penetrating epoxy primer.
• TEC7 and other MS polymers adhere less well to Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®), bitumen and silicones. Always do an adhesion test.
• Alkyd resin-based paint which is applied to TEC7 can have a longer drying time.
• For very flexible finishings or joints we recommend FLEX7.
• Do you want to suspend heavy objects very precisely? X-TACK7 is your best choice for power assemblies where an extremely high initial tack is required.
• For anchorings and fast bondings we recommend 2-K MIX7.
• Cleaning tools: TEC7 Cleaner and/or MAGIC CLEAN7.
• Hand-cleaning_ MAGIC CLEAN7.
