TEC7 FLOOR-FIX 5kg
FLOOR-FIX shines where concrete fails. With this two-component epoxy mortar for horizontal applications, you can repair access thresholds, garage floors, etc.
- 3 times stronger and more elastic than concrete
- Easy to use
- Frost-resistant
- Watertight and highly chemical-resistant
- Very impact and scratch-resistant
- Repair of damage in industrial floors, roadways, garage floors, bridge flooring, weighbridges, loading docks, driveways, concrete joints, holes, ...
- Can be applied in very thin and thick layers (max. 10 cm)
- Can be processed afterwards

Tips van TEC7
- Every substrate must be clean, dry, dust and grease-free when processed.
- Possibly degrease the substrate with Multi Clean or TEC7 Cleaner.
- Only apply to cement that is at least 21 days old.
- Remove loose pieces and dust as much as possible.
- Epoxy mortar or epoxy paint which is more than 7 days old must first be chemically cleaned by a cloth impregnated with acetone or methyl ethyl ketone or mechanically roughened.
- A formwork is recommended for thicker applications.
- Add the entire content of hardener component B to the entire quantity of pre-mixed mortar (component A) in the packaging pail. Thoroughly mix the two components with one another into a homogeneous mass by means of a low-speed drill with a spindle for around 2 minutes.
- NEVER add water, cement or other products!
- Always apply the 1st layer thinly and press on well. A next layer of +/- 3 to 4 cm can then be applied immediately. After complete hardening of the substrate, layers with thicknesses of 3 to 4cm can be built up without limit. Always make sure that the previous layer is completely dry before adding another one.
- A trowel moistened with TEC7 Cleaner facilitates the smoothing of the epoxy mortar.
- The following treatments can be applied to it: sanding, grinding, drilling, adhesive bonding, anchoring, etc.
- FLOOR-FIX cannot be nailed, unlike WALL-FIX.
- Clean equipment with acetone, methyl ethyl ketone or Power Wipes Tissues.
